I have written 2 songs and the tones are in my head. What do I do? I really want to sing them with music.

Sing the song into your computer or tape recorder. A decent musician should be able to figure out your melody. Once that is done, it's pretty easy to figure out the chords and arrange the background music. I've done it plenty of times for people who can sing but can't play an instrument.

collaborate with a musician or learn to use a synthesizer

Hmm, that's quite tough. Write down what you have… or go find a teacher.

you have the idea, now you need to get with someone who can make these songs possible. Regardless of if you play the instruments or not, you need to get with someone who does to hear it so you can make any adjustments if needed. There are many synthesizer programs you could download to mess around with to make sure whats in your head makes sense when it's played by various instruments.
